How do I increase the FPS?

Depends on the camera, i looked at photos of your camcorder and im guessing its a medium build camera (not like a small handheld)

and it should have the option.

The option should be called “shutter speed” either it has a roller somewhere on the camera or it’s in the menu, but if you roll the shutter speed up it should give you more fps, roll it down the frames should get a bit laggy and your camera should flash to black sometimes depending how slow it is. (reason is your camera as snapping the frames slowly or fast, so you’ll either see smoother speed shoots or some ghosting and flickering)

Keep in mind though that the higher fps you want the more space the camera requires to take in the extra shots.
